each time one of your customers is about to buy a new home.

You can increase the number of deals you close on a monthly basis because Mortgage Insights helps you
time your customers calls to exactly match your customer’s needs, right when they list their homes,
and are in the market for a new mortgage loan.

The program is easy to use. You provide us with a copy of your customer/prospect list. (All information you
provide to Tagquest is strictly confidential and used for your benefit alone). You receive an email notification
including the asking price for the home and date first listed “for sale” when someone on your list puts their
home on the market. Then you call on that prospect.

Remember

By calling at the right time, a higher close rate is experienced. You will make fewer calls that go nowhere.
We alert the first time a “for sale” ad is detected by our monitoring system. You will be notified weekly of
all customers/prospects that trigger.

Focus your marketing efforts on you most likely prospects, customers who know you, trust you, and have
used you in the past. Imagine your success if you could get most of your old customers back for
2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th times.
